Every piece ships on our time, not the industry's.
Shipping is complimentary on every order, to every destination. No minimum spend, no conditions.
ZORÁE operates on a made-to-order model. Nothing is held in stock and dispatched. Every piece is built for you, in our Dubai atelier, after your order is placed. This is intentional, it is how we maintain the standard of finish that defines the house.
Below is exactly what to expect, from the moment your order is confirmed to the moment it arrives.
Production & dispatch
- Production Time: 2–3 business days from order confirmation. Your piece is crafted, set, finished, and inspected in our Dubai atelier before it leaves.
- Dispatch notification: You will receive a shipping confirmation with full tracking details the moment your parcel leaves our atelier.
- Shipping cost: Complimentary on all orders, to all countries. No minimum spend.
- Carriers: ARAMEX Express — insured, express services.
- Signature required: All deliveries require a signature upon receipt as proof of delivery. Your signed confirmation serves as the official delivery receipt and confirms your order has been received in full.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
- UAE: Next business day after dispatch.
- GCC: 2–3 business days after dispatch. (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman)
- International: 2-3 business days after dispatch.
Timeframes are from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Please allow 2–3 additional business days for production before the shipping clock begins.
Shipping Standards
Every ZORÁE parcel is dispatched via express courier and covered by full insurance for the declared value of the piece. Your order arrives in ZORÁE packaging, sealed and presented as it was intended to be received.
We do not offer standard or economy shipping. Every piece moves on a single service level: express, insured, and tracked from atelier to door.
Delays & Exceptions
- Public holidays: Production and dispatch timelines may extend slightly during UAE public holidays, including Eid and National Day. We will notify you of any delay at the time of order.
- Customs clearance: GCC shipments clear customs quickly as a rule, but ZORÁE cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs authorities. You will be notified immediately if a clearance issue arises.
- Address accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. Once a parcel has been dispatched, address changes must be coordinated directly with the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
