About Us

We design and produce jewelry made with certified laboratory-grown diamonds and 14K/18K gold, crafted in Dubai.

 

Eligibility & Membership

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase.
• You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential.
• We may suspend or restrict access if we detect misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

 

Products & Availability

• All jewelry is made to order unless stated otherwise.
• Product images and videos are for presentation purposes; slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces.
• Lab-grown diamonds used in ZORÁE jewelry are independently certified by IGI. Each certified piece includes a digital or physical certificate.
• We may limit quantities, modify collections, or discontinue items at any time.

 

Pricing, Taxes & Duties

• Prices are shown in AED unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• All prices are all-inclusive. VAT, import duties, shipping, and insurance are absorbed into the displayed price. The price you see is the price you pay.

 

Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully completed.
• We accept major debit/credit cards and approved digital payment methods.
• Deposits (when applicable) are non-refundable but may be convertible to BEATS as per the product or membership rules.
  
• ZORÁE does not trade with or provide services to individuals, entities, or countries subject to OFAC or international sanctions.

Production & Delivery

• Standard production time for made-to-order pieces is 2–3 business days.
  
• Shipping times vary by region.
• All shipments are insured until delivered to the address provided.
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. ZORÁE is not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or incorrect addresses.

 

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. ZORÁE arranges and covers the full return, there is no cost to you. Refunds can be returned to your original payment method, or taken as BEATS with a 5% uplift. One complimentary resize is offered within 60 days where construction allows.

• We are not responsible for delays outside our control (customs, couriers, third-party platforms, etc.).
• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the value of the order in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where prohibited by UAE law.

 

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
