Shipping destinations

ZORÁE ships internationally to destinations currently available through our website.

Shipping availability, regional pricing and payment options may vary depending on the destination selected.

Order cut-off time

Our daily order cut-off time is 4:00 PM GST (GMT+04:00).

Orders placed before 4:00 PM may begin processing on the same business day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time may begin processing on the following business day.

Handling time

Our standard handling time is 3 business days.

Because most ZORÁE jewellery is made to order, the handling period includes the time required for your piece to be:

• Crafted
• Set
• Finished
• Quality checked
• Prepared and packed for shipment

Handling time begins once your order has been successfully confirmed and ends when your parcel is handed over to DHL Express.

Shipping carrier

All ZORÁE orders are shipped using DHL Express.

Orders are securely packaged and sent using a tracked express delivery service.

Shipping cost

ZORÁE offers complimentary shipping on all orders to destinations currently available through our website.

Shipping cost: Free

There is no minimum order value required for complimentary shipping.

Transit time

Transit time begins once your parcel has been handed over to DHL Express. Estimated transit times are:

• United Arab Emirates: approximately 1 business day after dispatch.
• GCC: approximately 2–3 business days after dispatch.
• Europe: approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch.
• Other international destinations: transit times may vary depending on the destination and DHL Express service availability.

The estimated delivery timeframe available for your destination may be shown during checkout or confirmed by our customer care team.

Estimated total delivery time

Estimated total delivery time consists of handling time + transit time. Typical estimates are:

• UAE: 3 business days handling + approximately 1 business day transit = approximately 4 business days.
• GCC: 3 business days handling + approximately 2–3 business days transit = approximately 5–6 business days.
• Europe: 3 business days handling + approximately 5–7 business days transit = approximately 8–10 business days.

Orders placed after the 4:00 PM order cut-off may begin handling on the following business day.

Taxes & duties

All applicable taxes and duties are covered by ZORÁE.

The amount displayed at checkout is the final amount payable for your order.

Customers will not be asked to pay additional import duties upon delivery.

Order tracking

Once your order has completed handling and has been dispatched, you will receive your DHL Express tracking information by email.

You can use your tracking number directly with DHL Express to follow your shipment.

Delivery address

Please ensure that your name, telephone number and delivery address are complete and accurate before placing your order.

Once a parcel has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address may not always be possible.

Delivery delays

Handling and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may occasionally take longer due to circumstances outside ZORÁE's reasonable control, including:

• Customs processing
• Public holidays
• Severe weather
• Courier disruption
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
• Other unforeseen events

If there is an unusual delay with your shipment, please contact our customer care team and we will assist you.
