ZORÁE is operated by ZORAE INTERNATIONAL FZCO, Unit No: 5413, ALMAS Tower, Plot No: JLT-PH1-A0, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Using our website

You may use the ZORÁE website for lawful personal shopping and browsing purposes. You must not:

• Misuse or interfere with the operation of the website
• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems
• Submit fraudulent or misleading information
• Use our website in violation of applicable law

Product information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, imagery, materials, dimensions, availability and prices are clear and accurate.

Because jewellery may be photographed under different lighting conditions and displayed on different screens, colours and appearance may vary slightly.

Where dimensions, carat weights or gold weights are described as approximate, minor variations may occur as part of the production process.

Materials

ZORÁE jewellery is crafted in solid 14K or 18K gold depending on the selected design and option.

Our jewellery is set with lab-grown diamonds.

Certification information applicable to each piece is provided on the relevant product page or with the jewellery where applicable.

Made-to-order production

Most ZORÁE pieces are made to order in our Dubai Atelier.

Our standard handling time is approximately 3 business days before dispatch.

Order cut-off time

Our daily order cut-off time is 4:00 PM GST (GMT+04:00).

Orders placed after the cut-off may begin processing on the following business day.

Prices and currency

Prices are displayed according to the regional version of the website selected by the customer.

For customers shopping through the GCC website, prices are displayed in AED unless otherwise stated.

The final amount payable will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Orders

Please review your selected products, quantity, gold karat, gold colour, sizing and delivery information carefully before placing your order.

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and an order confirmation has been issued.

If an error relating to price, availability or order information is identified, we may contact you to resolve the issue.

Order cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun.

Because most ZORÁE pieces are made to order, cancellation may no longer be possible once production has started.

Shipping

ZORÁE ships internationally to destinations available through our website.

All orders are shipped using DHL Express. Shipping is complimentary.

Our standard handling time is 3 business days before dispatch. Transit time varies depending on the delivery destination.

Taxes & duties

All applicable taxes and duties are covered by ZORÁE.

The amount displayed at checkout is the final amount payable.

Customers will not be asked to pay additional import duties upon delivery.

Returns & exchanges

Eligible pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

ZORÁE provides complimentary return collection for eligible returns.

Exchanges are available for eligible pieces and are subject to availability.

Refunds

Approved refunds are initiated within 14 days of approval and returned to the original payment method.

Additional processing time may be required by the customer's bank, card issuer or payment provider.

Complimentary resizing

One complimentary resize is included within 60 days of delivery for rings and tennis pieces where the construction allows for adjustment, up to two sizes above or below the original size.

To request a resize, contact our customer care team. ZORÁE arranges collection and covers the full cost of collection, resizing and return delivery.

Lifetime Craft Warranty

Every ZORÁE piece is covered by a Lifetime Craft Warranty against manufacturing defects.

Intellectual property

All content made available through the ZORÁE website, including text, product designs, photographs, videos, graphics, logos and other materials, is owned by ZORÁE or used with appropriate permission.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use this content without prior written permission.

Our website may use third-party providers for services including:
